Anger Management in Children
The most difficult part of the work of a parent or guardian is to treat children angry. This may arise from feelings of tiredness to irritation.
It is important to remember that anger is not the same as aggression. Anger is a feeling of temporary state caused by frustration, confusion, sadness, and pain, while aggression is a behavior that sometimes tends to hurt a (a) appeared in it (s) or destroy their property.
Moreover, this feeling leads to the child acts impulsively (aggression), showing at times tense and anxious. Similarly you can develop low self-esteem and sometimes lead to depression (suppressing feelings).
