Vitamin A supplementation is advised 500 ER/day in the first half and 400 ER thereafter.

Vitamin D supplementation is recommended 400 IU/day. Can be compensated with adequate sun exposure.

Vitamin E supplements do not usually necessary, although it was found that needs increase, so does the vitamin K.

Nutrient Requirements: Water-soluble vitamins

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) supplements are recommended 25-35 grams / day
the first half and 30 mg/day thereafter.
